NOTES: A true collaboration between ‘Kickback Coffee’, ‘Flour, Water, Salt’ and ‘Feastable’, combining what we all do best to create a feast to remember. Showcasing the baking talents of the FWS team and the roasting prowess of Kickback, we have created a menu that will bring joy to your stomachs and your hearts. Big sharing bowls of deliciousness being passed around, bringing people together through food.

1: roasted garlic, lemon and white bean dip

2: chilli and black olive panzanella

mixed tomatoes / fws sour dough /black olives /pickled chillies

3: slow braised coffee rubbed beef ribs

black lentil coffee infused chilli non carne (ve)

mac and cheese with sour dough breadcrumbs

kale, apple and walnut salad

pickled slaw

4: coffee croissant bread and butter pudding

fws croissants, coffee custard, chocolate chips, double cream

5: tiramisu truffles

kickback coffee infused mascarpone truffles
