// be nourished //
Sharing food is inherently connective, and no one embodies that more fully than Charis, our chef for the week. She cooks to tell stories, to bring people together, to fill you with joy and love. We’ll eat to nourish our bodies, but also to connect - to each other, to ourselves, and the land that feeds us.
French cheese and wine get all the glory, but have you ever tasted a fig plucked from a hundred-year-old tree? Provence is bursting with flavour, from sun-ripened tomatoes and stone fruit to bold truffles and bright, fresh herbs. You’ll find all of these on our table this week - along with the cheese and the wine, of course.
