“Charis’ Mexican pulled pork dinner was fantastic, the table was full of huge platters of beans, salads, rice, tortilla, vegetables, marinated pork, peppers - everything you could want, and all tasty and fresh. It was a great communal meal, everyone ate together and it was a clever way to get everyone talking as you asked them to pass you dishes. It was a great night and Charis was a wonderful host.”
